World Championship XXIX

Magic World Championship XXIX, the pinnacle premier-level play event of the 2022-23 season is taking place this September at MagicCon: Las Vegas! Over 100 of the best players of the season will go head-to-head as they compete for their share of a $1 million prize pool and the opportunity to have their likeness featured on a future Magic: The Gathering card.  

MagicCon attendees will be able to check out the event on site all weekend, cheer on their favorite players and see the winner become our new World Champion during the live World Championship viewing experience taking place on Sunday on the Mainstage! 

The format for this event will be Wilds of Eldraine Booster Draft and Standard. World Championship XXIX will also be streamed live on Twitch.tv/Magic all weekend so those who can’t join us in Vegas will be able to watch the championship from home!
