MagicCon: Vegas Show Maps

Welcome to MagicCon: Las Vegas! There are a few important locations and general areas for you to consider when arriving at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109).

MagicCon: Las Vegas has so much to do in terms of playing, shopping, content and features across the north and central hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. We recommend you familiarize yourself with these maps and key locations so you can have the best experience possible. 

MagicCon: Las Vegas will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall, Main Entrance. The address is 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. 

Parking is limited at the Las Vegas Convention Center, but there are many public transportation and ride sharing options to flash you into MagicCon at instant speed. Click here for information on the Vegas Loop, the Las Vegas Monorail, taxi, rental car, and ride share information.  

If taking the Vegas Loop, make sure you get off at the LVCC Central Station. MagicCon is not accessible via the South Station.    

Check out the convention center maps here for available parking options. The Silver Lot is the closest lot to the MagicCon entrance.  

Important Note: All access to MagicCon: Las Vegas is on the west side. Please make sure to instruct your taxi or ride share driver to drop you at the Central Hall.  

The MagicCon “campus” opens daily at 8:30 AM to pick up your badge, merchandise included with your purchase, and to enter the morning queue. You must have a MagicCon badge to enter the show and morning queue. 

All attendees will be subject to a bag and security check when you enter the Las Vegas Convention Center.

If you already have your badge, proceed directly to Hall C2 to join the morning queue or pick up the merchandise included with your badge purchase (Ticketed Merch). 

If you did not receive your badge in advance, please go directly to Registration/Will Call in Hall C2. You will need your photo ID and QR code confirmation email. Please make sure to activate your badge once you receive it.

• Saturday – 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday – 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Merchandise included with your badge purchase is only available for pick up at the event. If you do not pick up your ticketed merchandise, you will forfeit your product as shipping after the event is not available.  

Ticketed Merch Pick-Up opens Friday through Sunday at 8:30 AM. We strongly encourage you to come back later if the line is long. Your merchandise is guaranteed for pick up until the show closes. 

All pre-order merchandise purchased after 3/11/26 must be picked up at the Show Store in Hall C4. Please look for the designated “Pre-Order Merchandise” queue. The Show Store opens daily at 10:00 AM.

For all accessibility questions and needs, please visit the Accessibility Help desk at Registration/Will Call in Hall C2. There is a dedicated Accessibility morning queue for those with accessibility needs. Please pick up your accessibility credential at the Accessibility Help Desk prior to entering the morning queue.

If you arrive prior to 10:00 AM, you must enter the Morning Queue in Hall C2. We encourage you to arrive early if you need to pick up your badge or you would like to pick up your ticketed merchandise before the show.

There will be dedicated morning queues for those with a Legendary VIP badge, a Family Spark badge, or an accessibility credential. The morning queue will be released at 10:00 AM for all badge types. *

The Meet & Greet Wristband distribution booth is located outside Hall C2 and opens daily at 8:30 AM. They are first come, first served and are limited in quantity; so plan to arrive early!

When you arrive at the Las Vegas Convention Center, please look for the “Special Access Entry” doors to the left of general entry doors.

Your badge (if needed) and the merchandise included in your badge package will be available for pick up in the Black Lotus Lounge (N251) on Level 2. Please follow the signage and proceed directly to Level 2 when you arrive. You will need your photo ID and QR code confirmation email. Please make sure to activate your badge once you receive it.

• Sunday – 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

*Registration/ticketed merch pickup in the lounge ends at 6:00 PM. However, events on Thursday run until 11:00 PM in the lounge.

Your Official Show Store online shopping pre-order will be available for pick up in the Black Lotus VIP Merchandise Fulfillment room (N243) on Level 2. You may pick up your pre-order merchandise starting at 8:30 AM Friday – Sunday.

As a Black Lotus VIP, you are allowed access to the show floor at 9:45 AM each morning. Please go directly to the Black Lotus VIP lounge and you will be escorted to the show floor queue by our staff.

A physical badge is required to access the show floor at all times, so please make sure to keep it secure. If you did not receive your badge in the mail prior to the event, we will have it for you when you check in to the lounge.

*Important Note* If you wish to participate in a “Wristband Required” Meet & Greet, please proceed directly to the Meet & Greet Wristband distribution booth outside Hall C2 when you arrive. Do not go directly to the Black Lotus Lounge.

For Black Lotus VIP Exclusive signings, you do not need to visit the Meet & Greet Wristband distribution booth. These will be given to you when you check in to the Black Lotus VIP Lounge. For more info, please click here.
